1. Demand analysis and design: Design the mold structure according to the product drawings or samples, including runner system, cooling system, exhaust system, etc., to ensure the molding precision and production efficiency.

2. Mold processing and debugging: precision machining through CNC machine tools (CNC), complete roughing, finishing and heat treatment, and optimize the performance of the mold through the trial mold after assembly.

3. Material Selection: Select the type of plastic (e.g. ABS, PC, nylon, etc.) according to the product performance requirements.

4. Drying treatment: high temperature drying of hygroscopic plastics (such as nylon) to avoid bubbles or cracks after molding.

5. Mold Closing and Locking: High pressure locking is applied after the mold is closed to prevent plastic overflow.

6. Melting and Injection: Plastic granules are heated to a molten state in the barrel and injected into the mold cavity through the screw at high pressure (usually 50-200MPa).

7. Pressurization and Cooling: After injection, the pressure is maintained to replenish the shrinkage, and then the plastic is solidified and shaped by the cooling system (e.g. water circulation), the cooling time is determined by the thickness of the product and the material properties.

8. Mold opening and picking up: the mold is automatically opened after cooling is completed, and the finished product is taken out by robotic arm or manually.

9. Surface treatment: Remove burrs, sprue residue, spraying, plating and other processes to enhance the appearance if necessary.

10. Dimension and performance testing: use CMM to check the precision, test impact resistance, temperature resistance and other indicators.

11. Packaging delivery: qualified products are packed according to customer requirements (such as shockproof foam, carton) to ensure safe transportation.
